Typical components of Fardar gas stove - body - insulation (fiberglass) multi-way - valves - nozzles - air-gas mixture chamber (or interface pipes connected to burners) - burners - candle (pilot) - thermocouple - lighter - thermostat - Temperature adjustment - clock with alarm and chicken coop.
The construction of stoves is almost the same. In stoves, the gas that is connected to the stove by a hose first reaches a pipe called a multi-way. On this pipe are installed stove valves. At the end of the valves are nozzles that hold gas. Sprays into the connecting pipes because the nozzles are slightly away from the connecting pipes. They draw air into the connecting pipes and a mixture of air and gas is created which is necessary for combustion. Diameter of the nozzle hole (Orifis) And their distance from the interface pipes is calculated and they almost do not need to be adjusted and repaired, but in old stoves, at the beginning of the interface pipes, there is a compartment with a movable door, which can be opened and closed by opening the door (plate). Adjust the percentage of air in the gas-air mixture to have a suitable flame. In some ovens, the nozzle is not connected to the valve, and first the connection pipes are connected to the valve, and then near the burner, the nozzle is installed so that the same air-gas mixture Creates. After the mentioned pipes, the burners are located, which is the place where the fuel for the stove is, and next to them, there is a thermocouple and a spark plug (lighter).
Note: For more information about Orifis (nozzle) and thermocouple, refer to the relevant sections in the list of gas appliances. Figure 1 shows a Fardar stove with an air-gas mixture chamber and an adjustment plate for this mixture.
In Fardar stoves, the oven chamber is heated by one or two burners (one down and one up). This burner is controlled by two thermostats and a pilot with a very small flame. When the oven or oven is off, the small pilot flame is on. And if we turn the control knob and turn it on, this button opens the valve and increases the gas flow to the pilot. As the pilot flame increases, the steam inside the corresponding tube to the thermostat expands due to the expansion of the steam inside the thermostat tube. The burner valve opens and allows the gas to reach the oven burner. When the gas leaves the oven burner, the pilot flame turns it on. When the oven temperature reaches the set limit, the main oven thermostat is activated, ie steam. The inside of the pipe expands to the main thermostat (due to the rising temperature inside the oven) and activates the valve and reduces the gas flow to the oven burner. As the temperature in the oven decreases, the steam of the thermostat tube contracts and increases the amount of inlet gas by the gas passage valve and the oven flame increases. Thus, the heat inside the oven increases and decreases as the thermostat flame is adjusted by the thermostat. It is kept constant.
Basic settings in the stove:
Burner gas adjustment - When a burner control button is at its maximum, the burner period should burn blue and inside it, ie in the middle of the burner, the flame height should be about 20 mm and blue-green. If the flame does not meet the specified specifications, the gas-air mixture needs to be adjusted. For this purpose, with a suitable wrench, turn the throttle nut clockwise (as shown in Figure 1) to increase the gas flow, and to reduce the gas flow, turn the nut counterclockwise.
To change the amount of air, loosen the air mixer adjusting screw and change the mixer plate to change the size of the mixer chamber holes and allow more or less air to enter the chamber.
As mentioned, in new stoves, the problem of adjusting the gas of the burner rarely occurs and there is no need to adjust the air-gas mixture, but if the flame of the burner is not suitable, the problem can be from clogging the nozzle hole or widening it to clean the nozzle. Or we replace it. It is shown in the form of an ordinary gas valve that is used in most stoves, along with the nozzle and its wide shape. (The red arrow in the nozzle shape indicates the gas inlet and outlet.) By turning this screw, we make the low flame of the stove less or more. But it does not affect the high flame of the stove. In the figure, these parts are shown with a green arrow.
Pilot flame adjustment - The color of the pilot flame should be blue and the length of the pilot flame should usually not be less than 6 mm. If the flame is too short or goes out easily, pull out the frame or pilot guard and gently and carefully clean the hole with a thin rod. If the flame is still short, turn the adjusting screw counterclockwise. Turn clockwise to adjust.
Adjusting the oven thermostat - If the oven temperature is too high or too low, the thermostat needs to be adjusted. To do this, do the following. Put a mercury thermometer in the oven and set the oven temperature to 180 degrees Celsius. If after 10 to 20 minutes the temperature difference between the thermometer and what you set the oven is more than 40 degrees Celsius, it is because the thermostat It is defective and must be replaced. If the temperature difference between the temperature gauge and the one you set the oven is small, close the control knob and turn the adjusting screw (Figure 3) up or down. Every quarter of a turn you turn the adjusting screw, the oven temperature changes by about 15 degrees Celsius. (If you turn the adjusting screw in the high direction, the oven temperature will rise by 15 degrees Celsius, and if it is turned in the low direction, the oven temperature will drop by 15 degrees Celsius.) do.
If the pilot of your stove shuts down, it is likely that the amount of gas reaching the pilot is low. To solve this problem, set the device according to the manual. Also, the high amount of gas that enters the mixer can be another reason for this problem, and to solve this problem, close the chamber plate to the required amount.
Torch flame too high
The reason for this problem in most cases is the amount of air and gas, and if you want to solve this problem, reduce the air and gas.
Do not light the upper flame of the stove
If your upper flame does not light up, it is possible that your pilot or torch is blocked. To solve this problem, remove the blockage with the help of a narrow object.
Smoke the stove flame
If the stove flame smokes, it is possible that the gas in the gas-air mixture is high and the next cause of this problem is the nozzle opening that needs to be replaced.
Do not light the stove flames
If the stove flames do not light up, it is possible that the pilot is blocked, and to solve this problem, it is better to remove the clogging with a brush.
The stove lighter does not turn on
If the lighter in your stove does not light up, it is possible that the thermocouple has a problem, the glass stove may break the glass, or the screen may malfunction.
Stove leak
If your stove is leaking, it is possible that the wires that connect the flame to the module are not connected properly, and check for a problem and then fix it.
Uniform oven flame
The cause of this problem in most cases is a disturbance in the jiggle, the blockage of the diffuser flame or the lack of air regulation. If you want to fix this problem, you should check the device and replace the problematic part.
