Gas burner tuning
Before we start training on oven repair, we first need to learn the basics of the oven properly. To change the amount of air, loosen the air mixer adjusting screw and change the mixer plate to resize the holes in the mixing chamber and allow more or less air into the chamber.

As mentioned, in the new ovens the problem of burning the gas burner rarely occurs and there is no need to adjust the air / gas mixture, but if the burner flame is not suitable, the problem can be from clogging the nozzle hole or dilating it to clean the nozzle or We switch. The figure is a typical gas valve used in most gas stoves, along with the nozzle and its wide shape. (The red arrow indicates the nozzle, and the gas inlet and outlet direction.) The color of the pilot flame should be blue and the length of the pilot flame should usually not be less than 2 mm. If the flame is too short or easily extinguished, pull out the pilot's frame or guard and clean the hole gently and carefully with a thin rod. If the flame is still short, rotate the adjusting screw clockwise to adjust it.
Set the oven thermostat

If the oven is too high or too low, the thermostat needs to be adjusted to do the following. Put a mercury thermometer in the oven and set the oven temperature to 0 degrees Celsius, if after 1 to 3 minutes the difference in temperature that the thermometer indicates is more than 2 degrees Celsius with what you set the oven is because the thermostat is defective and You have to change it. If the temperature difference is slightly lower than what you set the oven to, close the control knob and rotate the adjustment knob up or down. Every four quarters of the turn of the adjusting screw rotates the oven to about 2 degrees Celsius. (If you rotate the adjustment screw in the upper direction, the oven temperature will rise by 2 degrees Celsius, and the oven temperature will decrease by 2 degrees when the rotary screw is rotated) After this adjustment, again control the oven temperature by the mercury thermometer.

Service and maintenance of the stove

Avoid installing the oven in small enclosures where it is not possible to remove gases from the fuel.
Do not install the oven in the windward direction.
Appropriate fasteners should be used at the hose connection to the stove piping.
The length of the hose should not exceed 1.5 meters.
After installing the soap stove, test the hose connection for both ends of the hose.
Avoid eating on the stove.
Do not use the dishwasher when washing the trays around the burners. For this purpose, use a cloth with detergent and then dry the tray.
