Make sure the hot / cold water inlet hose is not closed. Close the hose valve and remove it from the machine. Put the end of it in the bucket and open the faucet. The water flow must be strong otherwise parts of the hose may be blocked.
To be sure, cut the end of the valve and attach it to the outer hose and try again. If the flow is still slow, clean or replace the hose again.
